Toddlers are still picking up simple words, and their eagerness to acquire new words is at an all-time high. Children of this age seem to be unable to count or recite numbers in the right format. They are still in their early stages, and counting is one of the superior talents that takes time to acquire.

During this period, physical growth is a quick and sensitive process. Running, jumping, climbing, and other such actions are common among children.
